Main Street Inn and Suites

Loved the hotel, it had an amazing location, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was amazing. They were so helpful and kind. The beds were super comfortable and the room had a nice sitting area, which was appreciated. There was also a great lounge room that could be used. Would definitely stay her again!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and the room was truly remarkable. Staying at Main Street Inn truly made our whole experience on Mackinaw Island fabulous!

It is located right on Main Street, you can easily find the hotel when leaving the ferry terminal. We spent a total of 2 nights there and we enjoyed every minute! The room was very clean and everything was perfect! When we checked in, we were told that they upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite and it was such an amazing experience, especially because it was our anniversary weekend! The balcony looking out on Main Street and the Jacuzzi tub were the highlights of the room for us but everything was perfect! They made us feel even more special when we entered the elevator and saw a personalized Happy Anniversary sign in the information box/sign in the elevator. The staff were ALL very kind and gave helpful suggestions. The location is amazing as it is located at the heart of downtown. We were able to go everywhere within minutes of walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We've stayed here four times and are always satisfied. The inn is spotless, staff are friendly and professional, and luggage handling is seamless. Décor is cheerful with a cozy island vibe. It's a great value, perfectly located downtown near restaurants and activities. Highly recommended; we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here. Perfectly located to all the conveniences of downtown, yet still quiet ( we had an interior room). The entire staff is warm and welcoming, from the bag valet to the front desk and cleaning staff, and so on... wonderful people. I will be back!

Stayed for one night in a 3rd floor suite with a balcony facing Main Street. Beautiful room. Staff was pleasant. Held our bags before check-in and after check-out, which was much appreciated. Comfortable bed, coffee maker in room but also coffee service on each floor in the mornings.

The location is perfect! The room was lovely. I would have preferred more places to hang towels, but that is my own personal pet peeve at any hotel. The staff were exceptional - everyone was so friendly and accomodating. We brought our own bikes to the island and having a place to store them in the hotel was fantastic. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Stayed there over the weekend and was impressed with everything. Room was very clean and really like the style (really neat wallpaper and colors). Had a very old school feel to it but still was updated and clean. The location really can’t be any better. We got off the ferry (Shepler’s) and they are right across the street. We went right over and checked in and our bags were to the room within 5 minutes of being there. The rate was extremely reasonable, almost to the point of “what’s the catch?”, but there was one. Highly recommend staying here.
